Abstract
The primary goal of this study was to look at the thankfulness and life satisfaction of college students. The purpose of this study was to discover a positive relationship between life satisfaction and gratitude, as well as to investigate the impact of gratitude on student life satisfaction. This survey included 300 college-going students (148 males and 152 females) from chosen institutions in Uttar Pradesh. The descriptive data indicated that the pupils thankfulness and life happiness were satisfactory. Thus, the findings of this study demonstrated that students thankfulness might impact their life happiness. Gratitude is substantially associated with increased life satisfaction among college students, functioning as a protective factor against stress and sadness. According to research, purposeful thankfulness practices improve psychological well-being and academic engagement, offering students a realistic foundation for thriving during college transitions.
